Challenges such as infertility, postpartum depression or anxiety, life transitions, and work-related concerns can lead to stress, burnout, or worse. I provide a safe, supportive, culturally humble, and inclusive environment to work through these issues with empathy and purpose.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to collaboratively identify and change whatever is no longer serving you.
